The Buildings History
The town of Leamington Spa, originally known as Leamington Priors was a tiny village until around 1800. The value of the mineral springs was known in the Middle Ages however it was not until 1784 that the small village began rediscovering it’s saline springs and started to build baths around some of them. Leamington became famous for it’s natural springs health benefits and was bestowed with the new title of Royal Leamington Spa by a young Queen Victoria in 1838. Thousands came to “take the waters” in this fashionable town with it’s stunning Regency architecture, wide boulevards and award winning gardens.
The Development

On entering the building, you are greeted by a large entrance hallway which has been beautifully restored and updated to include feature lighting, panelled walls and Minton tiled flooring. The grand sweeping staircase was painstakingly refurbished to look like new and now elegantly leads the eye to each of the 6 apartments.
Each of the windows have been restored and brought back to life, the front of the building having the seamless addition of discrete secondary glazing. Bespoke shaker style kitchens have been installed throughout and are enhanced with luxury aged brass fixtures and fittings. Vitra bathroom suites are stylishly complimented with luxury fittings and porcelain marble effect tiles which run floor to ceiling.
Each of the bedrooms has a sumptuous deep piled carpet and generous ceiling heights with swan neck cornice. The most impressive and spacious duplex apartments at the top of the development have balcony systems from the ensuite master bedrooms, giving a sense of bringing the outside in.
