Overview
An office development situated in one of Manchester’s most thriving regeneration districts. Our brief was to breathe life back into this unused space.
The Design Concept
At the point of being awarded the contract, an initial design had already been developed. It was our task to make it work from a mechanical and specification perspective. Creating something that works structurally, whilst ensuring that you are emulating the design and client’s vision, involves a detailed understanding of the manufacturing process and a logical approach to functionality.
What We Delivered
Through the use of bespoke wall features made from American oak, contrasting veneers and solid surfaces, bespoke hand made ceiling details, illuminated corridors and moveable colour changing mesh walls, we were able to create a stimulating sensory effect that flowed throughout the entire 3 floors.
