We recently entered our luxury apartment development, No.38 Dovehouse into the Insider Property Awards West Midlands category of Residential Developer of The Year 2024.
To be shortlisted for our first ever new-build project is an absolute honour. Our team worked tirelessly to bring this scheme to life and we are extremely proud to have received the recognition it deserves.

In 2019, the painstaking and sensitive restoration of 'Rowntree House,' Joseph Rowntree’s birthplace was shortlisted in the CGI & Visualisation Design category at the prestigious SBID International Design Awards.
Carly Barry, Concept Designer for the scheme said "To be the person behind the concept design for a building steeped in so much history, has been both a huge honour and responsibility. The recognition from SBID means the world to me and the Stonehouse team after months of careful preservation of this amazing property.”
The Society of British and International Interior Design is the professional organisation and accreditation body to the interior design profession, operating across commercial and residential design sectors. SBID International Design Excellence Awards is one of the most celebrated design events in the industry of interior design.
