Directions from Apperley Bridge

• A658 Harrogate Road towards the airport. Pass the Stansfield Arms on your left, Woodhouse Grove School and then The Queens pub on your right.
• Turn immediately left onto The Avenue (private road and not signposted).
• Continue for 0.8 of a mile going through the barrier. We are the first building on the left (a two storey stone and glass barn conversion).
• Turn left after our building into Home Farm and left again towards our car park.

Directions from Rawdon, Leeds

• Down Harrogate Road (A658) towards Bradford. Pass JCT 600 Head Office building on the left.
• Turn immediately right into The Avenue, which is on the apex of the bend. The Avenue is not signposted.
• Continue for 0.8 of a mile going through the barrier. We are the first building on the left (a two storey stone and glass barn conversion).

Please note:

• Our Sat Nav postcode is BD10 0NY. If your system takes you down Warm Lane, it might seem quickest route, but after 0.5 miles the road is closed off by a farm gate so you will need to walk the last 200 yards on foot. Bring your wellies if you fancy the walk!
