When faced with a corporate re-brand, an office move, and to fit out and re-furbish their ‘new’ prestigious LS1 space, Lawrence Scoffield had been recommended by one of their clients to talk to Stonehouse.
Having a reputation for providing friendly, informative and jargon-free financial advice to both individual and corporate clients’ since 1981, “personal recommendations play a big part in our business,” explained Neil Moles, MD, “so what better way to appoint our interior fit out and furniture supplier, than recommended by one of our own corporate clients?”
The senior partners had a clear idea of what they wanted to achieve from their 2,500 sq.ft office space, fortunately Stonehouse had the credentials to be able to resolve issues that had arose with building control relating to the fire escape, re-plan and reorganize the space, and met with the approval of the fire officer, the Partners and Staff and to ensure the best use of the space, and a conducive layout for all was achieved.
In addition to the space planning, Stonehouse were able to completely fit out the space from the ceiling to floor; including air-conditioning, data and power, and decoration through to providing a contemporary yet practical furniture solution.
“One of our best qualities is the ability to listen to both the clients’ actual needs, related to the practicality of the furniture required, as well as those related to the aesthetics and the environment as a whole,” said Diane Houliston, Business Manager at Stonehouse, “All our solutions have to be of the highest quality, and also meet the clients exact requirements, from a bespoke reception desk to an Italian glass meeting table, we cannot compromise on quality.”
The end result was a bright, contemporary space that meets the needs of all within the firm, and provides a professional and welcoming environment to meet their clients.
Neil Moles added, “It was refreshing to meet a company that has the same approach to client care as we do. Stonehouse were a pleasure to deal with, providing a seamless link with building control, and the advice we received as a whole was invaluable. The end result is as pleasing to the eye as it is the pocket. Being financial advisors we have to ensure value for money in everything we do!”
